Think Tank Centre for Social Justice has published its report on the surge of people becoming homeless due to domestic abuse and has concluded that an adaptation of the Housing First model is best-placed to help this incredibly vulnerable group.
The number of people forced into homelessness by an abusive or violent partner has surged by almost a fifth since the pandemic.
Our programme has contributed to the report, alongside the other regional pilots in the West Midlands and Liverpool City Region.
