The Greater Manchester Housing First project will be celebrating Starts at Home day on Friday, September 2 as part of a national campaign.
Starts at Home Day is a day when housing associations up and down the country celebrate supported housing and the positive impact it makes on thousands of lives.
This day of action is central to the Starts at Home campaign, which has a simple but important aim – to ensure that people who need extra support will always have a safe home that meets their needs.
GMHF, its partners and wider network have worked tirelessly for more than three years to help people who have experienced rough sleeping or homelessness into a home of their own and on the road to recovery.
During the day, we will featuring numerous examples of how we have been able to offer support to some of the most vulnerable people in the region.
